ሆስፒታሉ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው:: ማንኛውም አቅራቢ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ (Cpo) ሲያሰገባ የካቲት 12 ሆስፒታል ሜዲካል ኮሌጅ ማለት አለበት ። ማንኛውም አቅራቢ ድርጅት ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያውን (CPO) በአካል ሆስፒታሉ ድረስ ማምጣት አለበት። ማንኛውም አቅራቢ ድርጅት ማብራሪያ(Clarification) የሚጠይቀው ሲስተሙ ላይ መሆን አለበት በአካል የመጣን ማንኛውም ማብራሪያ መቀበል የማንችል መሆኑን እናሳስባለን፡፡ ማንኛውም አቅራቢ ድርጅት ጨረታው ከተዘጋ በኃላ እና ከመከፈቱ 60 ደቂቃ ውስጥ የጨረታ መክፈቻ ቁልፍ (Key share) ማድረግ አለበት ይህ ካልሆነ ሆስፒታላችን ሀላፊነት አይወስድም። አሸናፊው ድርጅት የአሸነፈበትን ዕቃ ገቢ የሚያደርገው ሆስፒታሉ ግምጃ ቤት ድረስ በራሱ ትራንስፖርት ወጭ ነው ። 2. ማንኛውም አቅራቢ ድርጅት ያሸነፋቸውን እቃዎች ውል ከተዋዋለ በኃላ 7 ተከታታይ የስራ ቀናት ውስጥ እቃዎችን ገቢ ማድረግ አለበት፡፡ ማስታወሻ፡- ማንኛውም ተጫራች በተቀመጠው ስፔክ እና መለኪያ መሰረት ብቻ መሙላት ይኖርበታል፡፡ ተጫራቾች ከጥቃቅንና አነስተኛ ደብዳቤ የሚታፅፉ ለሚትወዳደሩበት እቃ አምራች መሆናችሁን የሚያረጋግጥ ሰረቴፍኬት ከደብዳቤው ጋር አብሮ ተያይዞ መቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡ ተጫራቾች ለሚወዳደሩበት እቃ ካታሎግ ማያያዝ አለባቸው፡፡
