-ቅ/ጽ/ ቤቱ የጨረታ ሂደቱን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ ለሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፣ - አሸናፊዉ ድርጅት ያሸነፈባቸዉን ዕቃዎች ቅ/ጽ/ቤታችን የዕቃ ግምጃ ቤት ድረስ ማስረከብ አለበት፡፡ - ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በቃሊቲ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ስም አሰርተዉ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ - ተጫራቾቹ የተወዳደሩትን እቃ ናሙና ማቅረብ ግዴታ ነዉ፡፡ -መሳሰቢያ፡- የፎቶ ኮፒ ቀለም፣ የፕሪንተር ቶነሮች፣ እና የፕሪንተር /የፎቶኮፒ ቀለሞች አሸናፊ ድርጅት የአንድ አመት (1) ዋስትና አያይዞ እቃዎቹን የሚያስገባ ይሆናል፡፡
