• Bid security Bid security/የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ብር 10,000/አስር ሺህ ብር/በባንክ የተመሰከረለት ቼክ(CPO/Bid Bond) አዋሽ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ተብሎ ተዘጋጅቶ በሲስተም ማያያዝ እና በአካልም ማቅረብ የሚችል፡፡ Reference: ECC-ABO-0116
• Delivery and Completion Schedule Bidder has failed to submit dated Delivery and Completion Schedule presented as per template in Section 6, Statement of Requirements Reference: ITB 35.4
• VAT registration certificate Bidder has to submit VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority (in case of contract value specified in BDS Clause 4.6(b)(ii) Reference: ITB 35.2
• conflict of interest Bidder is found to have a conflict of interest as described in ITB Sub-Clause 4.3  Reference: ITB 35.2
• Technical Specification + Technical Offer+ Compliance Sheet Bidder has failed to complete its Technical Specification + Technical Offer+ Compliance Sheet Form in accordance with technical specification presented as per template in Section 6, Statement of Requirements . Reference: ITB 35.4

ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ(CPO) በሲስተም ማያያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል፣በተጨማሪም በአካል ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ ጨረታ ማስከበሪያ (CPO) ሲያሰሩ በአዋሽ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት መሆን አለበት፡፡በተጨማሪም ናሙና ማስረከቢያ ቦታ አዋሽ ጉ/ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ነው።በተመሳሳይ መልኩ አሸናፊው ተጫራች እቃውን በራሱ ትራንስፖርት ከአዲስ አበባ 230 ኪሎ ሜትር ርቀት ላይ ከሚገኘው የጉምሩክ ኮሚሽን ቅርንጫፍ የሆነው አዋሽ ጉ/ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ማድረስ እና ማስረከብ ይኖርበታል ። ለተጨማሪ መረጃ በዚህ መደወል ይችላሉ 0222240417
