1. ተቋሙ ጨረታዉን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡ 2. ተጫራቾች የሚያቀርቡት አገልግት በተፈለገዉ ጥራትና ደረጃ እንዲሁም በአገልግሎቱ ዝርዝር መግለጫ መሰረት ይሆናል፡፡ 3. ጨረታውን መሙላት ያለበት ባቱ/ዙዋይ ከተማ ያለ ተወዳዳሪ ብቻ ነው፡፡ 4. አገልግሎቱ የሚሰጠው ዩኒቨርሲቲው በተለያየ ዙር ለሚያካሄደው ስልጠናእና እንግዶች፣እንዲሁም ለመልካ ተጆ ተምህርት ቤት ለተማሪዎቹ በተወከለው የዩኒቨርሲቲው አካል በሚሰጠው ትዕዛዝ መሰረት ይሆናል፡፡ 5. ሆቴሉ ደረጃዉን የጠበቀ መሆንን በዩኒቨርሲቲዉ ኮሚቴ ይታያል ፡፡
