ማሳሰቢያ ፡- የጨረታ ማስከበርያ ስታሰሩ ለፌደራል ፖሊስ ወንጀል መከላከል ጠቅላይ መምሪያ/To federal police crime prevention directive በሚል እንድታሰሩ ስንል እንገልፃለን፡፤ የጨረታ ማስከበርያ መጠን 30,000.00 ሰላሳ ሺህ ብር ብቻ  ተጫራቾች ስትጫረቱ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ሲፒኦ ወይም ቢድቦንድ ኦርጅናሉ በአካል እንድታመጡልን እያልን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ሲ.ፒ/ኦ ኮፒ በማድረግ በሲስተም በኩል አታች እንድታደርጉልን እንገልፃለን  ተጫራቾች ለምትወዳደሩበት ዕቃ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ሲፒ.ኦ ወይም ቢድቦንድ ኦርጅናሉ ለመ/ቱ ካላቀረባችሁ ከጨረታዉ ውድድር ውድቅ እንደምትሆኑ ከወዲሑ እናሳስባለን፡፡  ያቀረባችሁትን ናሙናዎች ከተጠቃሚ ክፍሎች ተወክለው የሚመጡ ናሙና መራጮች በአይን እይታ እና በእጅ በመዳሰስ አሸናፊና ተሸናፊ የሚለይ ይሆናል ፡፡  ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብት የተጠበቀ ነው  ለምትጫረቱበት ለእያንዳንዱ የተለያዩ የፅህፈት መሳሪያዎችና የቢሮ መገልገያ ዕቃዎች ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ ከአንድ ቀን በፊት አስቀድማችሁ ናሙና ማቅረብ አለባችሁ፡፡  አድራሻ አፍሪካ ህብርት ሶደሬ ሪዞርት ሆቴል ፊት ለፊት የሚገኘው ህንፃ 4ኛ ፎቅ ላይ እንገኛለን ፡፡
