• Certificate of Pharmaceutical Product Bidder has failed to submit a Certificate of Pharmaceutical Product as recommended by the WHO for each item offered in accordance with ITB Clause 17.6.  Reference: 17.6
• Valid tax clearance certificate Having been submitted valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority (Domestic Bidders Only) in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(iii) Reference: 4.6(b)(iii)
• Descriptive technical literature Bidder has to submit Descriptive technical literature in accordance with ITB Clause 17 Reference: 17
