As part of its program implementation in Ethiopia, which will be carried out across three regions, Willows International Ethiopia invites eligible and qualified suppliers to submit a quotation for the supply and delivery of power banks. The offered power banks must fully meet all mandatory technical specifications in this document and compatible for already procured Samsung A11 tablets. Offers with deviations from mandatory requirements may be rejected as technically non-responsive.
Instructions to Bidders
1. Bidders must confirm full compliance with each mandatory technical requirement by marking "Yes" or "No" for every row. A "No" response to any mandatory requirement may result in rejection of the bid. The bidder must not propose substitutions or deviations from mandatory specifications.
2. Quote the unit price and total price in Ethiopian Birr (ETB), inclusive of all applicable taxes and charges.
3. The quotation must identify the product brand, model, manufacturer, country of origin/manufacture or assembly, and year of manufacture.
4. Attach product datasheets, clear product photographs or catalogue pages.
5. Goods must be new, genuine, unused, and from a known brand. Refurbished, counterfeit, or used goods will not be accepted.
6. State the delivery lead time, warranty period, quotation validity, payment terms, and any after-sales support offered.
7. The purchaser reserves the right to verify submitted information, request clarifications, reject non-responsive offers, and accept or reject any offer in accordance with Its procurement procedures. Delivery is mandatory within five (5) calendar days after the Purchase Order is issued.
Minimum Technical Specifications and Compliance Schedule
All mandatory technical specifications must be fully met. Any bid that fails to meet requirements may be considered technically non-responsive and rejected.
