Printing Services

The Carter Center Ethiopia is a nonprofit international NGO committed to fighting disease. The Carter Center Ethiopia, in collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Health, Regional Health Bureaus, and other partners, has been working to prevent, control, and eliminate Neglected Tropical Diseases in Ethiopia for the past twenty-five years.

The Carter Center Ethiopia (TCCE) invites potential registered suppliers under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) for TCCE's intended to enter a One-Year Preferred Vendor Framework Agreement with Six (6) qualified printing service providers to procure items such as Training manuals, IEC/BCC materials, Flipcharts, Guidelines, Booklets, Leaflets, NCR pads, MDA manuals, logbooks, reporting forms, tally sheets, participant certificates, ID cards, Posters, Banners, Roll-up stands, Canvas, Brochures, Calendars, Stickers, Branded notebooks, Folders, Multi-color printing, Different printings by saddle-stitch/perfect binding/spiral, laminating, etc.

A service provider who wishes to participate for this bid must have a renewed Trade License for 2018/19 E.C, a Tax clearance certificate valid at submission of bids, a Taxpayer registration certificate, and VAT registration.

1. This invitation for bid is open to all interested bidders, and the bid evaluation and award shall be determined in accordance with the provisions indicated in the bidding document. The bidding document is prepared in the English Language.
2. 2Bids must be deposited in the Tender Box situated at the Country office Logistics & Procurement department before the closing date on November 04, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The envelope must be WAX sealed.
3.
