ሲፖኦ ሲዘጋጅ ለፌደራል ፖሊስ ወንጀል ምርመራ ቢሮ ወይም በእንግሊዝኛ Federal police crime investigation bureau በሚል መዘጋጀት ያለበትና ሶፍት ኮፒ ሲስተም ላይ ማስገባት የሚጠበቅባችሁ ሲሆን ከጨረታው መከፈት ቀን ቀደም ብሎ በሀርድ ኮፒ በአካል የፌደራል ፖሊስ ወንጀል ምርመራ ቢሮ ግዥ ክፍል 2ኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 22 በአካል ማቅረብ ግዴታ ነው፡፡ መስሪያ ቤታችን ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው ፡፡
