The Engineering Corporation of Oromia (ECO) invites national competitive bids for the supply of IT equipment divided into two lots: Lot One for Laptop and Desktop Computers, and Lot Two for Office Machines and Network Devices.

Invitation for National Competitive Bid

Reference Number: ECO-05/2019

1. Engineering Corporation of Oromia(ECO) has secured a budget for the Purchase of:-

• Lot One: Laptop and Desktop Computers
• Lot Two: Office Machines and Network Devices.

2. Hence, interested bidders who can fulfill the criteria and submit the following legal documents can participate in the bid: -

a. Renewed trade/business license for 2018 or 2019 E.C

b. Recent Tax clearance

c. TIN certificate

d. VAT certificate

e. Other related documents

3. Therefore, interested eligible bidders are invited to participate in this bid to supply the aforementioned items.

4. Bids accompanied by a bid bond of not less than 1% of the bid price in Ethiopian Birr in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee must be submitted to the Office mentioned above.

5. Bidders shall submit bid documents to the Engineering Corporation of Oromia (ECO), 3rd floor, on or before November 12, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Bids received after this deadline will not be accepted. The bids will be opened on 12 November, 2026 at 10:30 AM at ECO Hall in the presence of the bidders or their representatives.

6. A complete set of bidding documents in English can be purchased from the above office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 300.00 (Three Hundred) from the address indicated below.

7. ECO reserved the right to reject all or part of the bids
