• origin of the Goods and Related Services Bidder has failed to provide in the Bid Submission Sheet Form the Statement attesting the origin of the Goods and Related Services offered Reference: ITB 35.4
• Technical Specification + Technical Offer+ Compliance Sheet Bidder has failed to complete its Technical Specification + Technical Offer+ Compliance Sheet Form in accordance with technical specification presented as per template in Section 6, Statement of Requirements . Reference: ITB 35.4
• Certificates of satisfactory execution of contracts  Bidder has to submit Certificates of satisfactory execution of contracts provided by contracting parties to the contracts successfully completed in the period and budget as specified in the BDS Clause 16.3; Reference: ITB 35.4

1.መስሪያ ቤቱ ጨረታዉን በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡ 2. ሁሉም ድርጅቶች ጨረታው ከተዘጋ በ 60 ደቂቃ ውስጥ ቴክኒናል ኪይ መላክ አለበት፡፡ ይህን ላላደረገ ድርጅት ቢሮው ሃላፊንቱን አይወስድም።፡ 3.እያንዳንዱ ተጫራች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና በአካል ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡ 4.የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በአካል ያላቀረበ ተጫራች ከዉድድር ዉጭ ይሆናል፡፡ 5.ማንኛዉም ተጫራች ናሙና በአካል ማምጣት አለበት ናሙና በአካል ያላቀረበ ተጫራች ከዉድድር ዉጭ ይሆናል፡፡
