Qualification Requirements

• valid tax clearance certificate Bidder has to submit a valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(iii);ግዜው ያላለፈበት ጨረታ ለመሳተፍ የሚያስችል ግብር ከሚከፍሉበት መ/ቤት የተሰጠ ሰርቲፊኬት/ Reference: ITB 35.2

ናሙና የሚቀርብበት ቦታ ወደ ጅቡቲ መስመር ከአዲስ አበባ በ230 ኪሎ ሜትር ርቀት ላይ ወደ ሚገኘው አዋሽ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት አፋር አዋሽ 7 ኪሎ ከተማ ወይም ፖ.ሳ.ቁ.107 አዋሽ 7 ብሎ መላክ ይችላል፡፡ ማንኛውም የማጓጓዣ ወጪ በአቅራቢ ድርጅቱ የሚሸፈን መሆኑ ይታወቅ፡፡አሸናፊው ድርጅት በአሸነፈባቸው ዕቃዎች በራሱ ትራንስፖርት አና የጉልበት ሰራተኞች ወጪ ወደ ጅቡቲ መስመር ከአዲስ አበባ በ230 ኪሎ ሜትር ርቀት ላይ ወደ ሚገኘው አዋሽ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት መጋዘን ገቢ ማድረግ አለባቸው፡፡ አሸናፊው ድርጅት ከመ/ቤቱ በሚሰጠው የግዥ ትዕዛዝ መሰረት ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡ ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያውን በስስተም አታች በማድረግ እና በአካል ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ መ/ቤቱ ጨረታውን በከፊል ይሁን በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ለበለጠ ማብራርያ ከታች የተጠቀሱትን ስልክ ቁጥ መጠቀም ይቻላል።0222240417
