Qualification Requirements

• Nationality Bidder's have nationality in accordance with ITB Sub-Clause 4.2. Reference: ITB 35.2
• Technical Specification + Technical Offer+ Compliance Sheet Bidder has failed to complete its Technical Specification + Technical Offer+ Compliance Sheet Form in accordance with technical specification presented as per template in Section 6, Statement of Requirements . Reference: ITB 35.4
• valid trade license Bidder has to submit valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the bidder is engaged in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(i); Reference: ITB 35.2
• VAT registration certificate Bidder has to submit VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority (in case of contract value specified in BDS Clause 4.6(b)(ii) Reference: ITB 35.2
• valid tax clearance certificate Bidder has to submit a valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(iii);  Reference: ITB 35.2

ተጫራቾች ለባህር ዳር ጉምሩክ የተሰራ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና (Bid Security) ብር 100,000.00 (አንድ መቶ ሺህ ብር) በe-GP ሲስተም ማያያዝ እንዳለ ሆኖ ዋናው በአካል ባህር ዳር ዘመን ኮንስትራክሽን ቢሮ ጎን 3ኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 305 ግዥ ክፍል በሚገኘው ጉምሩክ ኮሚሽን ቢሮ ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ ማንኛውም ተጫራች ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት ናሙና የማቅረብ ግዴታ አለባቸዉ፡፡ አሸናፊ ድርጅቶች ዕቃዎችን ባህር ዳር ጉምሩክ ኮሚሽን ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ድረስ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡ መስሪያ ቤቱ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው ::
