71113 /የየብስ ትራንስፖርት እና ተዛማጅ አገልግሎቶች የሚል / 22 ሰው እና ከዚያ በላይ የመጫን አቅም ያለው መኪና ደረጃ አንድና ደረጃ ሁለት ኮስትር መኪና በመሃል ያለው ወንበር መዘርጋት የሚችል - ተጫራቾች መወዳደሪያ ዋጋ የሚሞሉት ከታክስ በፊት /Before Tax/ መሆኑ መታወቅ ይኖርበታል፡፡ - የጨረታ ማስከበሪያውን ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት እስካን አድርጋችሁ ካያያዛችሁት በተጨማሪ በአካል በመቅረብ ማስያዝ አለባችሁ፡፡ - የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ለምትወዳደሩበት ለእያንዳንዱ መስመር የተጠቀሰውን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ሲፒኦ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡ - አሸናፊ ተጫራቾች ውል ከመያዙ በፊት በስፔስፊኬሽኑ መሰረት ያሸነፈባቸውን መኪና በአካል በማቅረብ ለተቋሙ ጥራት አረጋጋጭ ኮሚቴ ማሳየት ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡ - ከትራንስፖርት አገልግሎት ክፍያ ውጭ ማነኛውም ወጭ ተቋሙ የማይሸፍን መሆኑ/ የነዳጅ፣ የሹፌር እና የመኪና ብልሽት/ መገንዘብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡ - ተቋሙ የሚፈልገው የትራንስፖርት አገልግሎት ሲሆን አገልግሎቱ ጠዋት እስከ 1፡55 ሰራተኞችን ቢሮ ማድረስ እና ከሰዓት ከ11፡05 ጀምሮ ሰራተኞችን ወደ ቤታቸው ማድረስ ይኖባቸዋል፡፡ - ሰርቪስ የመጫን አቅሙ የሰራተኛ ቁጥር ሲጨምር ቁጥሩ ሊጨምር እንደሚችል መታወቅ አለበት፡፡ - ውል ተቀባይ ስብሰባዎች በዚሁ ከተማ ከቢሮ ውጭ ሲደረጉ ማድረስና መመለስ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡ - ውል ሰጭ መ/ቤት ውሉን የሚቋረጥ ከሆነ ከ1 ወር በፊት ለውል ተቀባዩ የሚያሳውቅ ሲሆን፣ ውል ተቀባዩ አገልግሎቱን ከማቋረጡ ከ3/ሶስት/ ወር በፊት ቀድሞ ለውል ሰጭ ማሳወቅ አለበት፡፡ - አሸናፊ ድርጅት አመታዊ ውል የመግባት ግዴታ ይኖርባቸዋል እንደ አስፈላጊነቱም ውሉን ማራዘም ይችላል፡፡ - መ/ቤቱ ግሽአባይ ክፍለ ከተማ ቀበሌ 08 የባ/ዳር ከተማ ውሃና ፍሳሽ ዋና መ/ቤት ጀርባ ወደ አዲሱ ቢሮ ውሉ ከመጠናቀቁ በፊት የሚገባ ከሆነ የመስመር ለውጥ ስለሚደረግ መስመሩ የሚረዝምና/የሚያጥር ከሆነ በዚሁ ልክ በድርድር ኮሚቴ ዋጋውም ላይ ተቀናሽና/ተጨማሪ የሚደረግ መሆኑ ይታወቅ፡፡ - መኪና በተለያየ ምክንያት በቋሚነት መቀየር ሲፈለግ በቅድሚያ ከማቋረጡ ከ5 ቀን በፊት ለጽ/ቤቱ አሳውቆ የሚቀየረው መኪና በቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ጥራት አረጋጋጭ ኮሚቴ መኪናው በአካል ቀርቦ መታየት አለበት፡፡ - በአጠቃላይ በሀገራችን በልዩ ሁኔታ የነዳጅ ጭማሪ ካለና ተቋሙ አዋጭ ነው ብሎ ካመነበት አሰራሩ በሚፈቅደው መሰረት በድርድር ኮሚቴ የዋጋ ማስተካከያ የሚደረግ መሆኑን፣ - መ/ቤቱ ጨረታውን በከፊል ወይም ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
