• የተጨማሪ እሴት የምዝገባ ሰርቲፊኬትበጨረታ ዝርዝር መረጃ ሠንጠረዥና በተጫራቾች መመሪያ ንዑስ አንቀጽ 4.6 (ለ) (ii) መሠረት የሀገር ውስጥ ተጫራች ሆኖ በታክስ ባለሥልጣን የተሰጠ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታከለ የምዝገባ ሰርቲፊኬት ማቅረብ ሳይችል ሲቀር፣ Reference: 4.6 (ለ) (ii)
• የንግድ ምዝገባ ሰርቲፊኬት ወይም የንግድ ፈቃድበተጫራቾች መመሪያ ንዑስ አንቀጽ 4.6 (ሐ) መሠረት የውጭ ሀገር ተጫራች ሆኖ ከተቋቋመበት ሀገር የንግድ ምዝገባ ሰርቲፊኬት ወይም የንግድ ፈቃድ ማቅረብ ሳይችል ሲቀር፣Reference: 4.6 (ሐ)

ሆስፒታሉ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነው።ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ CPO ማቅረብ ግዴታ አለባቸው።ማንኛውም ተጫራች ጨረታው በተከፈተበት ቀን ብቻ ኪሼር ማስገባት ግዴታ አለበት።
