1. ተጫራጅ ድርጅቶች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ሲያሰሩ "ለመከላከያ ውጊያ ምህንስና ኮሌጅ/Defense Combat Engineering College" ብለው ያሰሩ:: 2. ተጫራጅ ድርጅቶች ጨረታው ከመዘጋቱ በፊት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትናዎን በአካል የማቅረብ ግዴታ አለባቸው፡፡ 3. ተጫራጅ ድርጅቶች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትናዎን (Scan) ተደርጎ በሲሰተም የማስገባት ግዴታ አለባቸው፡፡ 4. መስሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ ዘዴ (አማራጭ) ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በመሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ 5. ተጫራጅ ድርጅቶች ጨረታው አየር ላይ ከዋለበት ቀን ጀምሮ እና ከመዘጋቱ በፊት መ/ቤታችን በጨረታ ሰነዱ ላይ ናሙና (Sample) እንዲቀርብለት በጠየቀባቸው ዕቃዎች በማንኛውም ሰዓት ናሙና (Sample) "በመከ/ውጊያ ምህንስና ኮሌጅ እንጦጦ ቅጥር ግቢ ፋይናንስ ቢሮ" የማቅረብ ግዴታ አለባቸው፡፡
