Qualification Requirements

• Description of the organization of the warranty The bidder has to submit a description of the organization of the warranty offered in accordance with the conditions laid down in GCC Clause 23; Reference: ITB 23.2(c)(ii)
• Conflict of Interest No conflict of interest as described in ITB Clause 4.3 Reference: ITB 4
• Debarred by decision of the FPPA The bidder must not be debarred by decision of the Public Procurement Agency from participating in public procurements for breach of its obligation under previous contracts in accordance with ITB Clause 4.4. Reference: ITB 4.4

• Certificates of satisfactory execution of contracts The Bidder shall submit certificates of satisfactory execution for at least two contracts successfully completed within the two previous consecutive years. Each contract must have been executed for a contracting authority and shall demonstrate a minimum contract value of Birr 200,000.
