ባለስልጣን መስሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሠረዝ መብቱየተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ኪይ (Key) በሲስተሙ ላይ ሸር ማድረግ አለባቸው፡፡ ተጫራቾች ለሚወዳደሩባቸው ኤሌክትሪክ ዕቃዎች በተገለፀው መለኪያ መሠረት አንድ አንድ ናሙና ጨረታው ከመክፈቱ አንድ ቀን በፊት እስከ ቀኑ 11፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ ጀርመን አደባባይ አካባቢ በሚገኘው የባለስልጣን መ/ቤቱ ዕቃ ግ/ቤት በራሳቸው ትራንስፖርት ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡
