Interested bidders must meet the following mandatory administrative and technical requirements:

I. Administrative requirements

• Renewed and valid trade license for the business sector for the year 2018 E,C.
• VAT Registration Certificate
• QR Code registration
• Demonstrated experience and competence in the supply of IPC (hygiene) items to international NGOs.
• Evidence of financial capacity and stability.

II. List of items

Bidders should submit their unit price after VAT.

Bidders must submit their technical and financial proposals in a sealed envelope clearly labelled "Procurement of infection prevention control items korem" in the tender box in the MSF Belgium Office:

1. For Korem inside korem general hospital supply office.
2. For Alamata inside korem general hospital supply office.
3. For Maychew inside korem general hospital supply office.
4. For Mekelle inside MSF Belgium office in Adi haki sub city and around 22 area.

Bid deadline:

Bids will be open from 2nd of November up to 10th of November 5:00 pm.

Important Notes:

• Late submissions or bids received after the specified closing date and time will be rejected and returned unopened.
• Participation in this tender is restricted to legally registered, qualified, and eligible firms/service providers with the capacity to perform the required services 

Bidders shall submit:

• One (1) original and one (1) copy of the Technical Proposal; and
• One (1) original and one (1) copy of the Financial Proposal.
• The Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal must be prepared separately, sealed in separate envelopes, and clearly marked accordingly.
• The separately sealed Technical and Financial Proposal envelopes shall then be enclosed in a single outer envelope, which must be clearly marked with: The bidder's company name and address; The Tender Reference Number; and the tender title.
• The completed bid package shall be delivered to MSF Belgium at the address indicated in this invitation to tender.
• Any attempt to influence the tender evaluation process may result in disqualification of the bidder.
