Terms and Conditions

Tendering term of conditions. 1. መ/ቤቱ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ 2. የጨረታ ማስከበረያ Modjo Customs Branch Office/የሞጆ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት በሚል መሰራት ይኖርበታል፡፡ 3.የጨረታ ማስከበረያውን የሞጆ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ደረስ በአካል ማቅረብ ይኖርባችዋል፡፡ ሆኖም ግን የጨረታ ማስከበረያውን በአካል ያላቀረበ ተጫራች ከጨረታ ውድቅ ይደርጋል፡፡ 4.የጨረታ ማስከበረያ እና ሌሎች ተጠየቁት ሰነዶች ሁሉም e-GP ሲስተሙ ላይ ስካን ተደርጎ መጫን/Attach/ ማድረግ ይኖርባችዋል፡፡ 5.የጨረታ ማስከበረያ ከጨረታ ከመከፈቱ ከ30 ደቂቃ በፊት ሞጆ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ግዥ ክፍል 4ኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 421 ማስረከብ ይኖርባችዋል፡፡ 6.የእቃዎች ሳምፕል ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ ከ30 ደቂቃ በፊት ሞጆ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ግዥ ክፍል 4ኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 421 ማስረከብ ይኖርባችዋል፡፡ሆኖም ግን ሳምፕል ያላቀረበ ተጫራች ከጨረታ ውድቅ ይደርጋል፡፡ 7.በጨረታ ለመሳተፍ የሚፈልጉ ጥቃቅንና አነስተኛ ማህበራት ላይ የተደራጁ ድርጅቶች ከሆናችሁ የጨረታ ማስከበረያ ድጋፍ ደብዳቤ ከሆነ ከአደደራጀው መ/ቤት በላይ ኃላፊ ተፈርሞ ጨረታ ማስከበረያ የብር መጠን የተገለጸበትና እርጥብ ማህተም የተደገበት መሆን አለበት፡፡ 8 አሸናፊ ድርጅት ዕቃዎችን ማስረከቢያ ቦታ ሞጆ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ይሆናል፡፡
