የጨረታ ማስከበርያ 200,000(ሁለት መቶ ሺህ) ብር መቅረብ አለበት፡፡ ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ የ መስሪያ ቁሳቁስ፣ የ ሳር ማጭጃ ማሽን፣ የሳር ማጭጃ ማሽን ነዳጅ፣ የታጨዱ ሳሮችን ማንሻ ተሽከርካሪ ወጪ በዉል ተቀባይ ድርጅት የሚሸፈን ይሆናል፡፡
