 ማንኛውም ተጫራች ሰነዱን በ10 ተከታታይ የስራ ቀናት ገዝቶ በ11 ኛው ቀን ወይም ጨረታው እንደተዘጋ የመጫረቻ ቁልፉን Key share /እስከ መዝግያ ሰአት መላክ አለባቸው በተጨማሪም ሲ.ፒ.ኦ / በአካል / ቢሮ ድረስ ማቅረብ አለባቸው እነዚህን መረጃዎች ሳያሟላ የሚመጣ ማኛውንም ተጫራች የማናስተናግድ መሆኑን እናሳውቃለን ፡፡  መስርያ ቤቱ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ይሁን ሙሉ ለሙሉ የመረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ፡፡
