 ተጨራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያዉን online በመሙላት በተጨማሪ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት በአካል ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡  ማነኛውም ተጫራች ጨረታ እንደተከፈተ በ1 ሰዓት ውስጥ የጨረታ መክፈቻ ቁልፉን መላክ የሚኖርበት ሲሆን፤ ከዚህ ሰዓት በኋላ የሚላክ መክፈቻ ቁልፍ ተቀባይነት የሌለው መሆኑን እናሳውቃለን፡፡  በጨረታዉ ላይ አለመግባባት ቢኖር በጨረታ ሰነዱ ላይ በተቀመጡ መስፈርቶች እና በፌዴራል መንግሥት የግዥ አፈፃፀም በመመሪያ ቁጥር 1073/2017 ዉሳኔ የሚሰጥ ይሆናል፡፡  ዩኒቨርሲቲዉ ጨረታዉን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡
