ማሳሰቢያ  Color Ribbon, Overlaminate, Student ID Cards ግዥ ጨረታ ሰነድ ነው  ለጨረታው የተጠየቀውን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በሲስተሙ ላይ መለጠፍዎ እንዳለ ሆኖ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት ኦርጅናሉን ዩኒቨርሲቲው ግዥ ክፍል ቢሮ G-17 ድረስ ተጫራቹ ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡  በውድድሩ አሸናፊ የሚሆነው ድርጅት በጥቅል ድምር ውጤት ሲሆን ከተጠቀሱት ዕቃዎች ውስጥ አንድ ዕቃ /አይተም/ ዋጋ ካልተሞላ ከውድድር ውጭ ያደርጋል፡፡  ዋጋ ሲሞሉ በዝርዝር መስፈርቱ እና መለኪያውን በጥንቃቄ በመመልከት ይሙሉ፡፡  የእቃው ጥራት በቴክኒካል አረጋጋጭ ኮሚቴ ተገምግሞ የሚገባ ይሆናል፡፡  ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
