ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታዉን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፈል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ ተጫራቾች ጨረታዉ ከመከፈቱ አስቀድሞ የጨረታ ማስከበርያ CPO እስከ ቦንጋ ዩኒቨርሲቲ በአካል ማቅረብ አለበት:: አሸናፊው ድርጅት ንብረቱን ቦንጋ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ድረስ የማቅረብ ግዴታ አለበት፡፡ አሸናፊው ድርጅት አቅርቦት ከመፈጸሙ በፊት የዕቃውን ናሙና ማቅረብ ይጠበቅበታል፡፡
