ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፈል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው። አሸናፊው ድርጅት ዕቃውን ዲላ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ድረስ ማቅረብ ግዴታ አለበት። ተጫራቾች ለሚወዳደሩበት እያንዳንዱ ዕቃ ናሙና ማቅረብ ይጠበቅበታል። አዲስ አበባ እና ዙሪያው ያሉ ተጫራቾች ናሙና እና የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ቢድ ቦንድ ወይም CPO አዲስ አበባ ቦሌ ሩዋንዳ ኤምባሴ ፊት ለፊት በሚገኘው የዲላ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ጉዳይ ማስፈፀሚያ ጽ/ቤት ማቅረብ አለበት። ሃዋሳ እና ዙሪያው ላሉ ተጫራቾች ዲላ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ኦዳአያ ካምፖስ ግዥ አስፈፃሚ ቢሮ ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል። ለጥቃቅን እና አነስተኛ ለሆኑት ድርጅቶች የሚያቀርቡት የዋስትና ደብዳቤ ከሚመመለከተው አደራጅ መስሪያ ቤት የብር መጠን እና የጨረታው ሎት ተጠቅሶ በተቋሙ የበላይ ሀላፊ ተፈርሞ የወጣ ደብዳቤው መቅረብ ይኖርበታል። ይህንንም መረጃ የጨረታው ከመዝጋቱ በፊት አስቀድመው ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል።
