- Terms and Conditions: ማሳሰቢያ፡-1 1. መስሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታዉን ሙሉ በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡ 2.ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ሲያሰሩ በቃሊቲ ጉምሩክ ቅርንጫፍ ጽህፈት ቤት ስም በማሰራት ማቅረብ ይኖረባቸዋል፡፡ 3.በጉምሩክ ኮሚሽን ስም ተዘጋጅቶ የሚቀርብ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ተቀባይነት የሌለዉ መሆኑ ይታወቅ፡፡ 4.ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ስም ካዘጋጁ በኋላ ጨረታዉ ከመከፈቱ በፊት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያዉን በአካል የማቅረብ እና ሲስተም ላይ የማያያዝ/Attach/ ማድረግ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ 5.አሸናፊዉ ድርጅት አሸናፊ መሆኑን ካሳወቅነዉ በኋላ የዉሃ አቅርቦቱን በሚሰጥ የስራ ትዕዛዝ ቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ድረስ በራሱ ትራንስፖርት አጓጉዞ የማቅረብ የኖርበታል፡፡ 6.የዉሃ ግዥዉ ለአንድ ዓመት የቆይታ ጊዜ ከቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ጋር ዉል በመፈረም የሚቀርብ በመሆኑ ተወዳዳሪ ድርጅቶች ይኸንኑ አዉቃችሁ የምትሞሉትን ዋጋ ግምት ዉስጥ ያስገባ መሆን አለበት፡፡ 7. የዉሃዉ አቅርቦት ከጠቅላላ ብዛቱ ላይ ተቀናሽ እየተደረገ በወር አንድ ጊዜ በሚሰጥ የስራ ትዕዛዝ በሶስት ተከታታይ የስራ ቀናት ዉስጥ ቃሊቲ ጉ/ቅ/ጽ/ቤት እና በስሩ ለሚገኙ ለትራንዚትና መጋዘን አስተዳደር(ኢባትሎአድ ግቢ) ፣ኢስተርን ኢንዱስትሪ ዞን፣ ለቡ ኢንዱስትሪ ፓርክ /ሁዋጂያን/፣እንዶዴ ባቡር ጣቢያ፣ቦሌ ለሚ ኢንዱስትሪ ዞን፣ቱሉ ዲምቱ መቆጣጠሪያ ጣቢያ /ኬላ/፣ገላን መቅረጫ ጣቢያ ድረስ በራሱ ትራንስፖርት የሚራገፍ ይሆናል፡፡ 8. ግማሽ ሊትር ውሀ ሳምፕል የማቅረብ ግዴታ ያለባቸዉ ሲሆን ሳምፕል ሳያቀርብ ዋጋ የሞላ ተጫራጭ ተቀባይነት የሌለዉ መሆኑ ይታወቅ፡፡ 9.ተወዳዳሪዎች አምራች መሆን አለባችው፡፡ ማሳሰቢያ፡-2 በምድብ 96 ፡ ላይ ግማሽ ሊትር የታሸገ የመጠጥ ውሃ (ሃይ ላንድ) ተብሎ የተገለጸዉ የንግድ መለያን(ብራንድን ለመጥቀስ ተፈልጎ እንዳልሆነ ይታወቅ)፡፡
