- Terms and Conditions: ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፈል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ አሸናፊው ድርጅት ዕቃውን ዲላ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ድረስ ማቅረብ ግዴታ አለበት፡፡ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ቢድ ቦንድ ወይም CPO ማቅረብ አለበት ለጥቃቅን እና አነስተኛ ለሆኑት ድርጅቶች ከሚመመለከተው አደራጅ መስሪያ ቤት የብር መጠን እና የጨረታው ሎት ተጠቅሶ በተቋሙ የበላይ ሀላፊ ተፈርሞ የወጣ ደብዳቤው መቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡ ይህንንም መረጃ የጨረታው ከመዝጋቱ በፊት አስቀድመው ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡/ተጫራቾች እስፔስፍኬሽኖች ላይ በተገለፀው መሰረት ሳምኘል/ናሙና/ የሚያስፈልጋቸው ዕቃዎችን ጨረታው ከመዝጋቱ በፊት አስቀድመው አዲስ አበባ ለምትገኙ አ.አ ቦሌ ረዋንዳ ፊት ለፊት በሚገኘው የዲላ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ጉዳይ ማስፈፀሚያ ቢሮ እና ዲላ ዙሪያ ለምትገኙ ዲላ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ግዥ ስ/አስፈፃሚ ፅ/ቤት ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል:: ማሳሰቢያ ቴክኒካል ዶክመንት እንደገና ማስገባት (Resumit) ሲስተሙ እየፈቀደ ስላልሆነ በአግባቡ እንድታስገቡ ከወዲሁ እናሳስባለን፡፡
