የምግብ ግብአቶች ዩኒቨርሲቲው ካለበት የአየር ንብረት አኳያ ይዘታቸውን በማይለውጥበት አኳኃን ፍላጎትና አቅርቦት ሊጣጣም በሚችልበት ሁኔታ በጥናት ላይ የተመሰረተ ፕሮግራም በማውጣት እንደ ግብአቶቹ ዓይነት በቀን፣በሳምንትና በወር እንዲቀርቡለት በሚጠይቀው መሰረት ተጫራቾች ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባችዋል፡፡ የምግብ ግብዓት ደረጃውንና ጥራቱን የጠበቀ መሆን እንዳለበት ተጫራቾች አውቀው በዚሁ መሰረት የማጓጓዣ (የማስጫኛና የማስወረጃ) ክፍያ በአቅራቢዎች ተሸፍኖ ድርዳዋ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ቅጥር ግቢ ማቅረብ ይሩርባቸዋል፡፡ ዩኒቨርሲቲው እንደአስፈላጊነቱ የአቅርቦቱን መጠን 20% ሊቀንስ ወይም ሊጨርም እንዲሁም በከፊል ሆ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ ለአቅርቦቱ የሚሰጠው ዋጋ በክፍል 8 በልዩ የውል ሁኔታዎች 15.2 ላይ የተገለፀው የዋጋ ማስተካከያ ታሳቢ ያደርገ መሆን ይኖርበታል፡፡ -የጨረታ ዋስትና (CPO) በአካል ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባችኋል::
