የሚኒስቴር መስሪያ ቤቱ ጨረታውን በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል መሰረዝ መብት አለው:: The Ministry has the right to cancel all or part of the tender. ተጫራቾች ውል ከተፈረመ በኋላ በ15 ቀናት ውስጥ ያሸነፉበትን ዕቃ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል ፡፡ Suppliers will have to submit or deliver their winning goods or items within 15 days of signing a contract. ተጫራቾች ለተወዳደሩባቸው ዕቃዎች ጨረታው ከመዘጋቱ በፊት ሳምፕል ማቅረብ ግዴታ ነው ፡፡ Suppliers must submit sample of the items computed for the tender prior to the tender closing. ተጫራቾች ጨረታዉ ከመዘጋቱ በፊት ሲፒኦ ማስያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
