VIS (Volontariato Internazionale per lo Sviluppo) is an international NGO based in Rome and accredited by the Ethiopian Ministry of Justice, Charities & Societies Authority as a foreign Charities in accordance with the Charities and Societies proclamation N. 621/2009 (accreditation n. 0005 issued on October 2009 and Renewed on October 10, 2019). VIS Ethiopia is pleased to invite qualified suppliers for the supply of PROTECTIVE DEVICES under MULTIPLE FRAMEWORK CONTRACT WITH REOPENING OF COMPETITION to be provided from JUNE 2026 until AUGUST 2028 under RISE project - AID 013244-07-8 financed by AICS (Italian Agency for Development Cooperation).

Interested eligible bidders can obtain the bid document starting from April 28, 2026 via email after formal request to logistics.addis@volint.it  copying in CC humanitarian.ethiopia@volint.it  and po.ethiopia@volint.it .

The tender document accompanied by the relevant supporting document must be submitted to VIS Coordination Office, Addis Ababa, Around Global Hotel Chilalo Building, 3rd floor, Addis Ababa Ethiopia from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. The bid will be closed on May 28, 2026 at 12:00 PM.
