- Terms and Conditions: 1. ኢንስቲትዩቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ከገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በመሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብት አለው 2. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ከጨረታው መክፈቻ ሰዓት ከ 30፡00 ደቂቃ በፊት በኢንስቲትዩቱ ግዥ ክፍል ማስረከብ አለባቸው (ከተጠቀሰው ሰዓት በኋላ የሚመጣ ተቀባይነት የለውም) 3. ተጫራቾች ለሚሰፉት ልብሶች የሚያስፈልገውን ገበር በራሳቸው የሚያቀርቡ ሲሆን ልብሱን ኢንስቲትዩቱ ያቀርባል፡፡ 4. የዋጋ ውድድሩ የሚካሄደው በጥቅል ነው፡፡ 5. ልብሱ በአንድ ወር ጊዜ ውስጥ ተሰፍቶ መጠናቀቅ አለበት፡፡
