ተወዳዳሪዎች ናሙና የሚያቀርቡት ጉምሩክ ኮሚሽን ባህር ዳር ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ዘመን ኮንስትራክሽን ቢሮ ጎን ጉምሩክ ቢሮ ቁጥር 306 ማቅረብ አለባቸው። የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና (Bid Security) በe-GP ሲስተም ማያያዝ እንዳለ ሆኖ ዋናውን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያና የእቃዎች ናሙና ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት በአካል ማቅረብ አለባቸው። አሸናፊው ድርጅት ያሸነፉቸውን እቃዎች ጉምሩክ ኮሚሽን ባህር ዳር ቅ/ጽ/ቤት የእቃ ግምጃ ቤት ድረስ ማቅረብ አለባቸው። ቤቱ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
