INTRODUCTION

Médecins Sans Frontières Holland, also known as MSF-H, is an international humanitarian medical organization, assisting populations in distress, victims of natural and man-made disasters, and victims of armed conflict, without discrimination, and irrespective of race, religion, creed, or political affiliation.

To best support our healthcare programs, MSF-H is inviting qualified and interested brokers to submit their offers for searching a working space that meets below requirements:

Office requirements (Size)

MSF is looking for a building facility with a total of 36-40 number of rooms out of which;

• 20 to 24 rooms individual's office having area of around 12m2.
• 13 rooms for group-office having area of around 25m2,
• 3 rooms for GYM. canteen & meeting hall having area of around 40m2 and
• Parking space for minimum of 15 vehicles

Period of searching

• The period for searching the building facility will be from May 11.2026 for one week

Location of new office

• The scope area of the location for the new office should not be far from Bole  Mexico, Piasa, 4-Killo, and 6-Killo. For more understanding of the locations, pls see below map
• The building should be located in a maximum of 200 meters from the main road.
