Addis Ababa Light Rail Transport Service Enterprise would like to invite sealed bids from all interested and eligible bidders in order to rent out Seventeen ticket shops from Kality to Atkilt tera namely: Kality,Abo-Mazoria,Saris, Nifas-Slik-2,Temenja- Yaj,Meshoalakia,Meshoalakia TPLS,Dar-Mar,Autobus-Tera and Atikilit-Tera and From Ayat to Torhayiloch namely: Ayat,Mari, Megenagna, Lem-Hotel TPLS,Estifanos,Coca and Tor-Hayloch stations for different trading purposes.

Thus, this open tendering has been initiated to invite the potential bidders from the corner of the country.

Therefore, in view of this, interested bidders who have license and experience on similar activities are invited to participate in this bid. The evaluation of the bid will be made based on the highest unit price per month. The amount shall be stated in birr, and the bidder should state the amount in Ethiopian Birr per m2 per month.

• Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the procurement manual of Addis Ababa Light Rail Transport Service Enterprise.
• A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 200.00(Two Hundred birr) for the document starting from May 18, 2026 up to June 07, 2026 during office hours from Monday to Friday: 8:30 A.M. -12:00 A.M. and 1:30 P.M.- 5:30 P.M. from the address mentioned below.

1. For eligibility, bidders should bring copies of renewed;

• Commercial registration certificate
• Renewed business license and
• Tax payer registration certificate/Tin number

2. Bidders are advised to review the bid document carefully before submitting their bids.

3. Bid proposal must be sealed and deposited in the tender box prepared for this purpose on the closing date (June 07, 2026) of this bid in the morning before 10:30 AM at the address mentioned above before the bid closing time.

4. Bid proposal must be accompanied with a bid bond of Birr 10,000.00(Ten thousand birr) in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee valid for not less than 90 days from the date of bid opening.

5. Bidders from small and micro enterprises can bring letter of bid participation from Concerned Government organs instead of bid bond

6. This bid will be closed on June 07, 2026 at 10:30 A.M. and will be opened on the same date at 11:00 A.M. in the presence of bidders or their representative who chosen to attend at the address mentioned above.

7. Failure to observe the instructions and conditions and absence of bid bond in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee in the bidding document will constitute grounds for rejection.

8. The Addis Ababa Light Rail Transport Service Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully without giving reasons thereof.
