ተወዳዳሪዎች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ጨረታዉ ከመከፈቱ በፊት ጉምሩክ ኮሚሽን (ግዥ ክፍል) 4ኛ ፎቅ በአካል ማቅረብ ግዴታ ነዉ፡፡ ኮሚሽኑ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው ፡፡ የሚቀርቡት መድኃኒቶች የቆይታ ጊዜ (Expired date) 2(ሁለት) ዓመት እና ከዚያ በላይ የሆኑ መሆን አለባቸዉ፡፡
