ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ አሰቀድሞ በአካል ኦርጅናሉን ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ የተማሪዎች ቀለብ የዳቦ እቅርቦትን በተመለከተ የትዕዛዝ አሰጣጥ ከተቋም በኩል የሚሰጥ ሆኖ በቀን ከ8,000 እስከ 10,000 የሚሆን ዳቦ አሸናፊ ድርጅት ለመቅረብ ይገዳደል፡፡ የዳቦ አቅርቡቱ ንጽህናን በጠበቀ መሆን ይገባል፡፡ ለተማሪዎች ቀለብ የሚውል የዳቦ ግዥ በሆሳዕና ከተማ መሆን ያስፈልጋል፡፡
