 መስሪያ ቤቱ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ይሆናል፡፡ በጨረታው የሚወዳደር ማነኛውም ድርጅት ኦርጅናል የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ፣ የንግድ ፈቃድ፣ ቲን ናምበር ፣ ምዝገባ ምስክር ወረቀት ፣ እና ሌሎች መረጃዎች በጨረታ ሰነዱ የተጠየቁ ሰነዶች በሙሉ በሲስተሙ ማየያዝ የግድ ሲሆን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በሲስተሙ ከማየያዝ በተጨማሪ በአካል ኦርጅናሉን ማቅረብ የግድ ነው ፡፡ ጨረታው በሚከፈትበት ሰአት ኪይ መላክ አለበት እንዲሁም በጨረታ የሚሳተፍ ማነኛውም ድርጅት ዩኒቨርስቲው ባዘጋጀው ስፔስፊኬሽ መሰረት ብቻ ማቅረብ የሚችል ነው፡፡ ማሳሰቢያ  አሸናፊው ድርጅት መድሐኒቱን በሚያቀርብበት ጊዜ Expire date እና Bach No/ መለያ ቁጥር/ የሚያቀርበው ደረሰኝ ላይ መፃፍ አለበት  አሸናፊው ድርጅት የሚየቀርበው የመድሀኒት መገልገያዎች ዩኒቨርሰቲው ህክምናና ጤና ሳይንስ ኮሌጅ ከቀረበ በኋላ ለአንድ አመት የሚያገለግል መሆን አለበት  ግዥ የሚፈፀመው መድሀኒቱ ከኢትዬጵያ መድሀኒት አቅርቦት ኤጀንሲ በማይኖርበት ጊዜ ብቻ በትዕዛዝ ግዥ የሚፈፀም ይሆናል::  የሚወዳደሩበትን መድሀኒት ነጠላ ዋጋ እና ጠቅላላ ዋጋ ማስቀመጥ አለባቸው::
