• መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ ለሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነው፡ ፡ • ተጫራቾች ሲፒኦ በሲስተምም በአካልም ማስገባት ግዴታ አለባቸው፡፡ • ጨረታው በሚከፈትብት ቀን ሰዓት በፊት ተጫራቾች ኪይ ሼር ማድረግ ግዴታ አለባቸው ሼር ሳያደርጉ ለሚፈጠረው ችግር ተቋሙ ተጠያቂ አይሆንም፡፡ • ማንኛውም ተጫራች በጨረታ መክፈቻ ሂደት ወቅት ከጨረታው 1 ሰዓት ቀደም ብሎ የጨረታ መክፈቻ ቁልፉን መላክ የሚኖርበት ሲሆን በተጠቀሰው ጊዜ ውስጥ መላክ ካልቻለና መ/ቤቱ ለተጫራቹ መጠበቂያ ጊዜ ብሎ በሚያሳውቀው ጊዜ ውስጥ ካላቀረበ ይህ ተጫራች ያቀረበው የመጫረቻ ሰነድ አይከፈትም፡፡ ናሙና ማቅረብ ግዴታ ነው ናሙና ያላቀረበ ተወዳዳሪ ያለምንም ቅድመ ሁኔታ ውድቅ ይደረጋል
