1. በማምረት ሥራ ላይ የተሰማሩ አነስተኛና ጥቃቅን ማህበራት በኢትዮጵያ ፌደራላዊ ዴሞክራሲያዊ ሪፐብሊክ መንግስት የግዥ አፈፃፀም መመሪያ ቁጥር 1073/2017 መሠረት በጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ምትክ ማህበራቱን ካደራጃቸው የመንግስት ተቋም የሚሰጥ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የድጋፍ ደብዳቤ ማህበራቱ ሊያቀርቡ ይችላሉ፡፡ በዚህ መልኩ የሚቀርበው የድጋፍ ደብዳቤ ዋስትና የተሰጠበትን የገንዘብ መጠን በመጥቀስ ማህበራቱን ባደራጃቸው መ/ቤት የበላይ ኃላፊ የተፈረመ መሆን አለበት፡፡ በተጨማሪም መተማመኛ ቅጽ በዚህ መመሪያ አባሪ 4 መሠረት ሞልተው ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ |

- Terms and Conditions: ግዥው ለተሽከርካሪዎች አገልግሎት የሚውሉ የተለያዩ ዕቃዎች ግዥ ሲሆን ተወዳዳሪዎች በቀረበው ዝርዝር የዕቃው መግለጫ መሠረት ዕቃዎቹን ማቅረብ ግዴታ ነው፤ በተጨማሪም ዋጋ የምትሞሉበትን የጎማ ዓይነት /Brand/ መጥቀስ እና ናሙና ለሚያስፈልጋቸው ዕቃዎች ናሙና ማቅረብ ግዴታ ነው፤ እንዲሁም አሸናፊው ድርጅት ዕቃውን ጉምሩክ ኮሚሽን ዋናው መስሪያ ቤት ድረስ የማምጣት ግዴታ አለበት፤ ኮሚሽኑ የተሻለ ዘዴ ካገኘ ግዥውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
