EXTERNAL AUDIT SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT

Egre Menged Impact (EMI) is a legally registered civil society organization under the Addis Ababa Agency for Civil Society Organizations (ACSO) in accordance with Proclamation No.1113/2019.

In line with the legal requirement for annual audits, our organization hereby invites qualified external auditors to submit their proposals to audit our accounts for the fiscal year ending 31/12/2025.

Scope of the Work:

• Audit of financial statements, ledgers, income and expenditure accounts, assets, and liabilities.
• Assessment of internal control and financial management practices.
• Prepare an audit report and a management letter in accordance with IFRS or the International Standards on Auditing (ISAs) for submission to ACSO.

Eligibility Criteria:

Interested audit firms are required to submit:

1. A renewed professional license.

2. Registration certificate from the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE).

3. Valid VAT registration and Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN).

4. Evidence of prior experience in auditing CSOS/NGOS.

5. A financial offer with a timeline

Submission Deadline:

Proposals must be stamped, signed, and submitted to our email address contact@egremengedimpact.org no later than ግንቦት 26 (3rd June 2026).
