Imagine 1 Day is a non-religious, non-profit making International NGO founded in Canada Vancouver in 2007 and has been operating in Ethiopia since November 2007. We are registered as an implementing NGO with Legal License Number 0885 from the federal Charities and Societies Agency that has been investing in Education, Agriculture, WASH, Livelihood, Opportunity Development, and Emergency Response projects in Tigray, Oromia, Afar, South Ethiopia, South West Ethiopia, Central Ethiopia, Sidama, Amhara, Benishangul Gumuz and Somalia regions. It has also been implementing Emergency Response projects in Tigray particularly in Child protection, Gender-Based Violence prevention and response, WASH in emergencies, and Education in Emergencies in most areas of Tigray.

To achieve its objective, Imagine1Day International Organization invites all eligible suppliers and service providers to participate in the below procurement.

Books (English Supplementary reading materials)

Mandatory eligibility criteria:

• Renewed & Valid trade license for related items,
• TIN certificate,
• Tax Clearance,
• VAT Registration Certificate
• Certificate of Competence
• Bid security bond of 5% by CPO only before VAT of the total offer which is Valid for 30 days beginning on the date of bid is opened in a separate Envelop,

Bid Information:

• Bid documents with the detail description and list of items can be obtained from imagine 1day Addis Ababa Country Office from 2-June-2026 to 9-June-2026 09:00AM by paying 200 birr via Imagine 1 Day CBE.
• Both financial and technical documents with all legal documents which are on stamped envelopes should be separately submitted to imagine 1day Country Office,
• The bid offer must include all the aforementioned tender documents, duly completed and signed. The envelope shall be clearly marked with the bidder’s name, address, and legal stamp, and must be submitted by placing it in the designated bid box on the specified date and time of bid closing.
• Submissions received after the stated deadline will not be accepted.
• Bid will be closed on 9-June-2026 at 10:00AM and opened on 9-June-2026 at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their legal representative who choose to attend at imagine 1Day Country office. Accordingly, bidders shall submit their offers on June9th,2026 until 10:00AM
