INVITATION FOR SUPPLIER REGISTRATION

Bunna Bank S.C. would like to widen and update its list of registered and pre-qualified suppliers, contractors, and service providers to enhance the efficiency, transparency, and competitiveness of its procurement process. Accordingly, the Bank invites eligible and interested individuals, firms, companies, and organizations to apply for supplier registration in one or more of the categories listed below.

Interested applicants may register under any of the following categories of goods, works, and services:

• Applicants shall fulfil the following minimum requirements:
• Valid and renewed business/trade license relevant to the category applied for.
• Valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) certificate.
• Value Added Tax (VAT) registration certificate, where applicable.
• Current tax clearance certificate.
• Company/organizational profile, including years of experience and past clients or references.
• Audited or recent financial statements demonstrating financial capacity, where applicable.
• Certificate of incorporation / memorandum and articles of association (for companies).
• Any relevant professional certification, quality certification, or authorization/dealership letters, where applicable.

3. Required Documents

Applicants must submit a complete registration file containing:

• A duly completed supplier registration form (obtainable from the Bank's Procurement & Facilities Management Department or the Bank's official website).
• Copies of all eligibility documents listed under Section 2 above.
• A cover letter indicating the category/categories of interest.
• Valid contact address, telephone number, and email address.

4. Submission Details

1. Interested applicants can compile data and send their complete application in email, clearly marked "Application for Supplier Registration - [Category Name]", to the address below on or before the closing date indicated.

2.1. Interested applicants should sign on a data sheet which is prepared for this purpose in the following address:-

• Address: Bunna Bank S.C., Head Office, Facilities Management Directorate, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
• Closing date and time: August 31, 2026, up to 5:00 P.M. local time.
• Late submissions will not be accepted or considered.
• The Bank reserves the right to verify submitted documents and to conduct site visits or due diligence prior to final registration.

5. General Conditions

• Registration does not guarantee an immediate award of business; registered suppliers will be considered when relevant procurement needs arise.
• The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any application, in part or in full, without assigning any reason.
• Registered suppliers may be required to periodically update their documents and renew their registration.
• Providing false or misleading information may lead to disqualification and/or removal from the supplier list.
