BGI Ethiopia, a leading brewery and beverage production company under the Group Castel, invites eligible and qualified bidders to participate in an open tender for the supply of various types of Stationery and Cleaning Materials

Bid Participation and Submission Instructions

1. Interested bidders may collect the detailed bid document beginning June 2, 2026, from BGI Ethiopia, Supply Chain Department, 3rd Floor, Mexico Office (next to Tegbareid Polytechnic College), during official working hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM).

2. To collect the bidding document, bidders are required to present:

• A non-refundable payment slips of 200 ETB per lot, deposited to BGI Ethiopia's Awash Bank account number 01304350046300.

3. Bidders must clearly state the bid title (e.g., Stationery and Cleaning Materials) and provide accurate contact details (direct line, mobile number, and official email address) upon document collection.

4. Bid proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Procurement Department, 3rd Floor, BGI Ethiopia Headquarters, no. later than June 16, 2026, at 4:30 PM.

5. Technical proposals-with a copy of the renewed trade license in a relevant field, TIN and VAT registration certificates, must be submitted in accordance with the specifications outlined in the Terms of Reference, in a sealed envelope.

6. The financial proposal must be submitted separately in a sealed envelope using the provided template, and must be accompanied by a bid bond of ETB 100,000.00, in the form of a CPO or bank guarantee made out to "BGI Ethiopia Plc."

Failure to adhere to the submission requirements outlined above may result in disqualification.

The winning bidder will be selected following a comprehensive technical and financial evaluation, as well as compliance with due diligence requirements.
