Ethiopian Airlines Group (EAG) intends to lease a total of five (5) open spaces available for different commercial business at Addis Ababa Bole International Airport/AABIA on Concession modality. These are Airport Convenience Retail Shop, Restaurant Service, Brand Fashion & Accessories, Vegetables, Fruits and Juice Cafe, Minimarket Retail service).

Hence, EAG invites all interested and eligible bidders who can meet the requirements stated here under: -

1. Any Legally established bidders with renewed Trade License for the current year, VAT registration certificate, Taxpayer Identification Certificate (TIN), and Tax Clearance Certificate stating the bidder is eligible to participate in any public tender and valid at least at the deadline for submission of bids can participate on this bid.
2. Ethiopian Nationals or Domestic bidders may participate in this bid in partnership with internationally recognized branded companies through a valid franchising arrangement for Airport Convenience Retail Shop, Restaurant Service & Brand Fashion & Accessories. In such cases, the participating bidder shall submit a valid Franchise Registration Certificate issued by the appropriate and authorized government body or Franchising Certificate/Authenticated signed franchise MOU or agreement as part of its technical proposal.
3. Minimum of three (3) years of experience is required for Restaurant Service and Vegetables, Fruits and Juice Café. Also, a minimum of two (2) years' experience is required for Airport Convenience Retail Shop, Minimarket Retail service & Brand Fashion & Accessories.
4. Bidders should deposit non-refundable ETB 100.00 (One Hundred Birr) to the nearby Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) branch referring this tender number SSNT-T618 to Ethiopian Airlines Group Account Number 1000006958277(E-99). Bidders shall email the scanned copy of the deposit slip along with their company name, bid announcement number & contact phone number to the below email address, and will get the Tender document by return Email.
5. Bidders shall furnish bid security in the form of CPO or unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee with an amount of ETB 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand birr) for each space code, which is valid for 150 days starting from bid opening date in the name of "Ethiopian Airlines Group", in sealed and separate envelope and the envelope that contain the bid security marked "Bid Security". Bid Security from any insurance company will not be acceptable.
6. The sealed bid document must be submitted in separate envelopes i.e., the (Technical Proposal, Financial Offer, and Bid Security) and one outer envelope duly marking the inner envelopes as "ORIGINAL" and "COPIES" document delivered to Ethiopian Airlines, Strategic Sourcing Non-Technical section on June 30, 2026, until 11:00AM. The bid will be opened on the same date 11:30AM at Ethiopian Airlines Group head office, bid opening hall in the presence of those interested bidders or their representatives.
