Addis International Convention Center (AICC S.C.) wants to hire qualified contractors to handle three specific technical upgrade and maintenance jobs for their facility at CMC.

Addis International Convention Center Share Company (AICC S.C.) hereby invites eligible and qualified specialized contractors/general contractors grade 3 & above to submit sealed bids for providing the necessary labor, material, and equipment for the works to the cost of supply & installation/maintenance works of passenger lift, external LED screen & replacing power light for the two halls.

Bidding Requirements:

• Bidders should provide copy of Registration from Ministry of Construction with the relevant Categories or other relevant registration to the intended service renewed for 2018 Ethiopian Calendar Year (EFY, Trade License Renewed for 2018 EFY, Tax Clearance Certificate which states that the bidder can participate in any public tender valid at bid submission date, VAT Registration Certificate, and Registration as Supplier/Contractor in the list of the mandated public body, i.e. Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency (PPA).
• Bidders can collect the bidding documents from office number 313, after the publication of this advertisement in the newspaper, from June 8, 2026 to June 29, 2026, during regular working hours, by depositing Birr 300.00 (Three Hundred) into account number 1000616070839 at the Addis International Convention Center, S.C. Office, with the receipt of the deposit.
• The original and copy of Technical and Financial Offer documents shall be sealed in separate envelop and marked "Original" and "Copy". All the pages of the bid document shall be sealed and signed by the bidder.
• Qualification Technical Document and bid security shall be sealed with separate envelop each and this two envelopes shall be sealed with an outer envelope.
• Financial Offer document shall be sealed separately in another envelope in a similar way, and finally both the technical and financial documents which are separately enveloped shall be enclosed in one bigger envelope and labeled as "Bid document for AICC S.C LOT-1 or LOT-2 or LOT-3". Bidders can participate in one, two or three LOTS depending on their license, permits & qualifications.
• The Bid document shall be accompanied by bid Security of the bid price, through Bank Guarantee or Cash Payment Order (CPO) to Addis International
• Convention and Center, Inc. for the type of service they are bidding on.
• Bid submission date: Bids can be submitted from June 8, 2026 to June 29, 2026, at the company's office located on the 3rd floor of the Addis International Convention Center, S.C. until 2:00 PM; the bid opening date will be June 29, 2026 at 2:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives.
• The Company reserves the right to fully or partially accept or reject the bid.
