East Africa Bottling S.C. (a subsidiary of Coca-Cola Beverage Africa) is seeking to identify and pre-qualify competent and reputable companies operating in Ethiopia for the continuous supply of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) materials.

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EoI)

East Africa Boting S.C is a subsidiary of Coca-Cola Beverage Africa a well established bottler in Africa. EABSC intends to identify and pre-quality reputed and interested companies operating in Ethiopia that fulfill the requirements for the supply of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) materials.

The objective of this EOI is to identify and pre-qualify competent suppliers with the capacity and experience to provide quality PPE materials on a continuous basis as per EABSC

Qualified companies will be eligible to collect the bid document starting from June 10, 2026-22nd of June 2026 at East Africa Bottling S.C.. located at Abinet, beside Amin General Hospital, during working hours from Monday to Friday 8:30 Am to 11:00 PM.

The EOI should be summited to the company until 22nd of June 2026, along with the following documentation and information: a. Company profile:

b. Valid Business Documents: (Business License, Business registration. TIN and VAT certificates...)

c. Product catalogues, brochures, or technical specifications of the PPE items supplied:

d. A statement outlining the company's capacity to ensure consistent product availability, timely delivery, and after- sales support where applicable:

e. Contact details (name, email address, and telephone number) of the authorized company representative who will receive tender notifications and related communications.

Bidders shall submit:

One (1) Financial proposal and

One (1) copy of Financial Proposal, together with all supporting documents listed above.

Samples of the PPE materials.

Complete financial proposal must be enclosed in a plain sealed envelope and addressed to:

The application documents should be deposited at the reception hall before the closing date and time on Monday, 22 June 2026 at 3:00 PM.

Failure to comply any of the condition mentioned above shall result in automatic rejection of the bid.

East Africa Bottling S.C reserves the right to accept or reject any of the bids in whole or parts thereof.

The entire process will be governed exclusively by East Africa Bottling S.C., internal regulations and norms which may be subject to review, if necessary, within the company's discretionary criteria.
