East Africa Bottling S.C. (a subsidiary of Coca-Cola Beverage Africa) is seeking to pre-qualify reputable companies for the provision of employee transport services for its Addis Ababa plant.

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EoI)

East Africa Bottling S.C is a subsidiary of Coca-Cola Beverage Africa a well-established bottler in Africa. EABSC intends to identify and pre-qualify reputed and interested companies operating in Ethiopia that fulfill the requirements for the provision of Employee Transport Services for its Addis Ababa plant employees.

The EOI should be summited to the company by the 19th of June 2026. along with the following documentation and information:

a. Company profile;

b. Operating license for requested services: (Business License Business registration, TIN And VAT certificates...)

C. A sample scanned copy of the company's commercial invoice containing a QR code:

d. Evidence of at least three (3) years of experience in providing employee transport services, including reference letters demonstrating the capability to deploy a minimum of twenty (20) minibuses simultaneously:

e. A statement outlining the company's motivation and commitment to providing the employee transport service, including confirmation of its operational capacity to assign a minimum of twenty (20) minibuses capable of transporting more than twelve (12) employees per trip. The fleet should consist of suitable vehicles such as FL minibuses, Dolphin minibuses, and High Roof minibuses, and be available to support the service requirements throughout the contract period.

f. Contact details (name, email, and telephone) of company representative who will receive notifications and populate required tender information.

Interested companies are required to submit the above mentioned documents from June 10, 2026, to June 23. 2026, during working hours at East Africa Bottling S.C., located in Abinet, beside Amin General Hospital, Addis Ababa.

Only pre-qualified bidders will be shortlisted and invited to submit their financial proposals.
