Legal Qualification

Bidder has to submit a valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(iii);
valid business license

Bidder has to submit valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the bidder is engaged in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(i);
VAT registration certificate

Bidder has to submit VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority (in case of contract value specified in BDS Clause 4.6(b)(ii)
Nationality

Bidder's have nationality in accordance with ITB Sub-Clause 4.2.

ተጫራቹ በአሁኑ ወቅት በዳቦ መጋገርና አዘገጃጀት ስራ የቀጠራቸው ቢያንስ አራት ሠራተኞች ያሉት መሆን አለበት። ድርጅቱ ከቀጠራቸው ሠራተኞች ጋር የተገባ የቅጥር ውልና ደብዳቤ እንዲሁም ባለፉት ሶስት(3) ወራት ለሠራተኞች ደመወዝ የተከፈለበትና ግብር የተቆረጠበት ህጋዊ ሰነድ ማቅረብ የሚችል።

ለዳቦ ማጓጓዣ የሚያገለግል ሽፍን ተሸከርካሪ ሆኖ ኮንቴነር የተገጠመለት ቢያንስ 35 ኩንታል የመጫን አቅም ያለው ሆኖ የባለቤትነት ሊብሬ ወይም በኪራይ ከሆነ በህጋዊ አካል የተገባ የውል ስምምነት ማስረጃ ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡ የመኪናው ይዞታ ያለበት ሁኔታና ሽፍን ስለመሆኑ በአካል ማሳየት የሚችል።
የዳቦ መጋገርያ ማሽን

ዘመናዊ የዳቦ መጋገርያ ማሽን ያለው እና ማኑዋል የዳቦ መጋገርያ በጥሩ ሁኔታ የተገነባ ሆኖ የማምረት አቅም በቀን ቢያንስ 25000 (ሃያ አምስት ሺህ) ብዛት ዳቦ የማምረት የሚችል እና በቂ ተዛማች የመገልገያ ቁሳቁሶች ያሉት ፣የዳቦ መጋገርያው ( ዘመናዊም ሆነ ማኑዋል) ያለበት ቤት ለዳቦ መጋገረያ ምቹ እና ጥራቱን የጠበቀ እንዲሁም ሁለቱም ዘመናዊም ሆነ ማኑዋል ማሽኖች ያልተራራቁ እና በቅርበት ለመጠቀም ምቹ ስለመሆናቸዉ በአካል ማሳየት የሚቻል። የዳቦ መጋገሪያ ማሽኑ እናማኑዋል የዳቦ መጋገርያ በቡሌ ሆራ ከተማ ዉስጥ መገኘት አለበት።

Notice: 

  • Terms and Conditions:  መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታዉን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነዉ።
  •  የጨረታዉ አሸናፊ ዕቃዎቹን በራሱ ትራንስፖርት በቡሌ ሆራ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ንብረት ክፍል ድረስ ገቢ አድርጎ ክፍያዉን ይቀበላል።
  •  ጨረታዉ በመንግስት የግዥ መመሪያ፤ ህግ እና ደንብ መሰረት የሚመራ ይሆናል።
  •  በጨረታ ማስከበርያ ዋስትና ምትክ የሚቀርበዉ የዋስትና ደብዳቤ ተቀባይነት የሚኖረዉ በማምረት ስራ ላይ ለተሰማሩ ጥቃቅንና አነስተኛ ማህበራት ብቻ ይሆናል።
  • ማሳሰቢያ፡- ጨረታዉ ላይ መሳተፍ የሚፈልግ ማንኛዉም ተጫራች የኢትዮጵያ ዲጅታል መታወቂያ ካርድ ልኖሮ ይገባል። ማንኛዉም ተጫራች ጨረታዉ ከመከፈቱ በፊት የጨረታ ማስከበርያዉንና የእቃዎቹን ናሙና በአካል ቡሌ ሆራ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የግዥ አስተዳደር ዳይሮክቶሬት ቢሮ ቁጥር 121 ድረስ ማምጣት አለበት። ማንኛዉም ተጫራች ጨረታዉ በተዘጋ በ120 ደቂቃ ውስጥ የጨረታ መክፈቻ ሚስጥር ቁጥር (Key Share) ከሲስተሙ ላይ ማስቀመጥ ወይም መሙላት አለበት። ይሄንን ካላስቀመጠ ከውድድር ውጪ ያስደርጋል።
