SCOPE OF WORK: SUCCESSFUL BIDDER'S RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful bidder shall be responsible for the complete turnkey Implemen network infrastructure. This includes, but is not limited to, the following activit 1.0 PRE-INSTALLATION & PLANNING

Site Survey: Conduct a comprehensive physical site survey to validate er readiness, power availability, and cabling pathways prior to the common installation.

2.0 HARDWARE INSTALLATION & RACK DEPLOYMENT

Rack Installation: Supply and install all network racks as per the approve locations.

Equipment Mounting: Professionally install and rack-mount the Core Swit Switches, UPS, and all associated network equipment.

Patch Panel Termination: Perform all punch-down termination on patch pa according to TIA/ΕΙΑ 568 standards.

3.0 CABLING, SPLICING & INFRASTRUCTURE

Fiber Optic Splicing: Splice all existing fiber optic cables to the new network infrastructure, including fusion splicing, pigtail termination, and patch pane

Cat6A Termination: Terminate and test all Cat6A copper connections.

Cable Management: Organize and dress all cables (copper and fiber) within cabinets using horizontal/vertical managers, Velcro ties, and proper bend ra to ensure a neat, serviceable, and airflow-optimized arrangement.

Testing: Conduct thorough certification and testing of all terminated Cat6A I fiber optic connections to ensure compliance with performance standards.

4.0 CONFIGURATION & INTEGRATION
